I love and use the whole Retinol line. This eye cream is excellent, and has plumped up the skin under my eyes. Please don't change the formula!

I bought this and have been using every night for almost two weeks. I didn't expect immediate results , but I don't see any little change what so ever. Little disappointed. I am 51 with bad dark circles and very loose skin under my eyes.

Not Impressed. Created red, flaky, dry patches.
I received this product a week ago and I am not impressed with the results. My boyfriend and I had been applying the eye cream before bed and now have terrible red, flaky, dry patches around our eyes. These patches burn when touched or when anything is applied to them. We are very disappointed in what has resulted from the use of this product. Neither of us has a history of sensitive skin. DO NOT recommend this product.

Highly disappointed.
I just got this eye cream a week or so ago. It was great at first, no issues. Then suddenly, I started noticing red patches under my eyes. These patches turned to bubbly areas that look like burns. When I use a different eye cream in the morning, the patches reduce a little bit but every morning they return. Now my under-eye area looks swollen. I was really looking forward to this eye cream, but the reaction is too intense and I'll have to discontinue using it.

Too strong for me!
I bought this a month ago. I had been using a competitor’s retinol eye serum. My skin is oily and usually not sensitive, so I thought this would work for me.. After several days of use, I couldn’t take the stinging sensation any more! So my review is more of a warning that this is a strong formulation. I didn’t use it long enough to attest to effectiveness.

Bad reaction, worse customer service policy
Initially, I enjoyed the texture of this eye cream. It absorbed nicely into my skin. I used it for a week & woke up today to very swollen eyes. Its been 12 hours & very little improvement in the swelling. The main reason for 1 star rating is Olay doesn’t accept returns. I usually shop at Sephora & will pay more for items, but at least I can return them if dissatisfied. I think Olay can afford to have better customer service. I would like to try another line of their eye creams, but not worth the risk with no return policy. I was unable to use it long enough to determine if it was beneficial for wrinkles, but its a nice cream. I don’t have sensitive skin & have used at least 4 other brands with retinol.

Retinol Burn
I received this product a week ago and have used it only twice. After the second night, I woke up to my undereyes feeling a little irritated (pink and dry). Took a break from it the third night. Next day, woke up with RED, burning, dry eyes. Holy cow, it was awful! Had to ice my eyes and apply coconut oil since everything else made my under eyes feel like fire. Learned my lesson on retinol burn and will have to look for a product less intense.

First time user - Amazing!!!
Using Olay Regenerist Restinol 24 Max Fragrance Free. My skin is sensitive and there is absolutely NO. Stinging when I use it. It’s soft, creamy, and cool. My skin has never been softer. It’s also softening those smile lines around my mouth. I’m thrilled to have found this product. I’m excited to try the Day cream. Just waiting for a special offer. Thanks Olay for doing what you promised. I’m 53 and look at least 10 yrs younger
